Selection - Modify - Selections Border

Fill selection with the foreground color
Effects - 3D - Inner Bevel

Select none
New raster layer
Custom Selection

Fill with the Background Color
Repeat Texture Weave
Repeat border selections
New raster layer
Fill with the foreground color
Repeat Inner Bevel
Select none

Stand on the bottom layer
Duplicate layers
Effects - MuRas`Meister - Perspective Tiling

Merge Visible
Copy layer
Select all
Add a border 40 pixels with white color
Select invert
Paste into selection (background is still in memory)
Blur - Gaussian Blur - Set the number to 10
Select all
Effects - AAA Frame - Photo Frame

Select none
