Layers / Properties / Blend Mode / Soft Light
Resize this Layer by 85%
Click on the edge of the background Layer with the Magic Wand
Selections Invert
Stand on the Top Layer

New Raster Layer
Flood Fill with Black
Selections / Modify / Contract by 10

Hit delete on your keyboard
Selections / Select None
Layers / Merge / Merge Down

Layers / New Raster Layer
Flood Fill with Black

Layers / New Raster Layer
Flood Fill with White

Layers / New Mask Layer from Image (Invert mask data not checked)

Place as in the Example

Image / Add Borders 1 pixel Black

Resize by 75%
Place as in the Example

Choose a Font and write “Chaplin” in Black
Add your name or watermark

Adjust / Brightness / Clarify
