Effects / 3d Effects / Drop Shadow / 5 / 5 / 50 / 7 Black

Repeat the Drop Shadow but now with minus 5 / -5 / -5 / 50 / 7 Black
Selections / Select None

Edit / Copy / flower110.tub
Edit / Paste as a New Layer
Image / Resize 90%
Place as in the Example
Effects / 3d Effects / Drop Shadow / 3 / -3 / 50 / 10 Black

Set the Foreground Color to White
Layers / New Raster Layer
Activate the Brush Tool / Find the Brush “Friendship”

Stamp the Brush as in the Example
(your can stamp multiple times to make it clearer)
Effects / 3d Effects / Drop Shadow / 5 / 5 / 50 / 7 Black

Layers / New Raster Layer
Activate your Brush Tool / Find the Brush Stierner/PspBrush

Stamp the Brush as in my Example
(stamp more than one time if you would like more stars)

Add your name or Watermark
Image / Add Borders / 1 pixel White
Save as jpg
