Materials
Put the 2 selections in your folder
Open pngegg (479) .png in Psp and export to Custom Brush
Open the 2 Pattern in Psp
Colorize them in your colors and minimize to the taskbar
The rest of the materials are opened in Psp

Foreground Color #2f517f / Background Color White

New Image 950 x 650 pixels Transparent
Fill with the Foreground Color
Effects / Texture Effects / Blinds

Selections / Select All
Selection / Modify / Contract by 50
New Raster Layer
Flood Fill with the Pattern Sonja 2

Activate the Bottom Layer
Selects / Invert
Effects / Filter Unlimited / Buttons and Frames / Mirrored Frame

Selections / Invert
Effects / 3D Effects / Chisel

Activate the Top Layer
Selection / Modify / Contract by 50
Layers / New Raster Layer
Fill with Pattern Sonja 1

Repeat the Chisel Effect
Selection / Modify / Contract by 50
